Pasta Sauces, Curries and Stews

Our pasta sauces, curries and stews are made from scratch and sold fresh in refrigerated in Cryovac bags. All these items freeze wonderfully, so if you are not planning on using them within 7 days, just pop them in the freezer. We use no chemicals, stabilizers or preservatives in our kitchen.

Dry pasta doubles in weight when cooked. In the restaurant biz, we like the ratio of 1:2 pasta to sauce when finished cooking. At home if there are large appetites or teenagers present, cook more starch. These sauces can carry a 1:1 ratio and be totally acceptable. With white or milk-based sauces, reserve about a cup of the water that you cooked your pasta in and add to the pasta and sauce to achieve the desired consistency
