4 Course Prix Fixe Menu
Each month we come up with a brand new 4 course menu featuring local and sustainable ingredients in a prix fixe format. Since COVID forced a restructuring of the restaurant industry as a whole, we took this opportunity to make some lemoncello out of the lemons that were given us and created a truly exceptional dining experience in the French gastronomic tradition. Our executive chef Scott Sampson is one of my oldest friends and was my mentor in the kitchen over 25 years ago. Scott has over 40 years of culinary experience and we are proud to offer him a platform to show you what a lifetime in commercial kitchens can do on the plate.
The Second Street Bistro is a wine driven restaurant owned by a devout hedonist and sommelier of wine. While we have curated an extensive bottle list, our wine flights are an embodiment of the French gastronomic tradition. Each month, we hand select different wines paired specifically to the culinary creations on the menu. We generally begin with sparkling wines and move onto whites, light reds and big red and finally to ports, cognac and dessert wines. Just because we are most certainly a wine driven restaurant does not mean that we do not take our cocktail program very seriously. Fresh squeezed juices, house infused liquors and impeccable technique define our bar program.
